Experience the Point was created during the years 2000 and 2001. This site was created not only with the Cedar Point fan in mind, but anyone seeking information on Cedar Point. The site started out with over 50 pages and is growing. The goal of this site is to provide you, the visitor, with any information on Cedar Point. I run the site from with my own pocket money. We use ads to help pay back some of the costs to run the site. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do making it. I made this site because Cedar Point is a wonderful and should be "experienced" by anyone. I am also the author of Experience The
Point: The Unofficial Guidebook To Cedar Point. Currently I am busy,
not only working on Experience The Point, but working two other amusement park
related books. I am a season pass
holder (and Joe Cool Member) to
Cedar Point. Also I am a member of the American Coaster Enthusiasts
(ACE) and the Great Ohio Coaster Club. My Favorite coaster is Magnum Xl-200 followed by Millennium Force and Raptor.

data backup running Microsoft
Windows 2000 Server. The backbone of the site, which includes news,
newsletter, hotel information, polls, and more are stored in an Microsoft
Access database.
